euvip Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1. General Terms and Acceptance

This document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and euvip ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the euvip platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document.

These terms apply to all platform users including those browsing content without a registered account, registered users, and active players. euvip operates under international licensing and offers online slot, live casino, sports betting, mix parlay, and card game services including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, and Teen Patti.

2. Account Registration and Management

euvip account registration is open to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Registering voluntarily without coercion from any party.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, emails, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of funds in those accounts.

Users are fully responsible for the security of their password and account activity. euvip will not bear any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence. Any suspicion of account misuse must be reported to our customer support team without delay.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

The euvip platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following local Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

The applicable minimum limits are:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.

Withdrawals are processed within 10 to 45 minutes from the time the request is received, subject to successful identity verification. euvip reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a copy of the identity card (MyKad) or bank statement for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance purposes.

Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account verified in the name of the registered user. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

euvip offers various promotions to registered users. The platform's welcome bonus is 150% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received. Calculation examples are as follows:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Wagering required: RM150 × 20 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM1,300 → Wagering required: RM500 × 20 = RM10,000

Additional conditions that apply to all euvip bonuses:

• Only one bonus may be active at a time in a single account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other users.
• euvip reserves the right to withdraw any bonus obtained through fraudulent means or system manipulation.
• All bonus terms may be updated from time to time — the terms in effect at the time of acceptance are the ones that apply.

5. Game Rules

All games available on the euvip platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, mix parlay, esports, and table games such as baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, and Teen Patti — are subject to their respective rules as displayed within the game interface.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the euvip platform system log will serve as the final record. Completed game results cannot be reversed unless a technical error has been confirmed by the euvip technical team.

Any attempt to exploit system bugs, use automated software (bots), or collude with other players to manipulate game results is a serious breach of these terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of related funds.

6. Account Suspension and Closure

euvip reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is:

• Fraud, falsification of information, or money laundering activity.
• Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Attempts to exploit the bonus or promotion system in an unauthorised manner.
• Use of the platform by individuals under the age of 21.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the settlement of any active bets and any related balance withdrawal requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

The euvip platform will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Service interruptions caused by system maintenance or technical issues beyond euvip's control.

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.

The maximum total liability of euvip to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
